A long and narrow wood, chrome and glass bar holds 12 handpulls serving at least one <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Camerons<\/span> beer and more than six guests, plus two ciders and a Perry. Long narrow lounge to the side of the main bar. Pub photographs abound throughout the pub, both upstairs and downstairs. Various social activities take place throughout the week Monday is quiz night from 8pm and there is a buskers night every Wednesday from 8.30 pm. In addition, Tuesday is video games night while a writing group meets Monday evening and Tuesday lunchtime. There is a Tapas restaurant upstairs, open Wednesday &#8211; Sunday.<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The Ship Isis<\/span> is the current runner up in our annual <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sunderland and South Tyneside &#8220;Pub of the Year&#8221;<\/span> competition.
