Beer & Cider Festival entry & our prices 2025:

For our 2025 Festival we have a entry package of £10 for everyone.

The Festival desk accepts either cash or card payments – Entirely up to you!

For your £10 entry, you will receive beer festival entry of £4 for the whole day (£2 for CAMRA members) plus £6 in tokens to purchase your first couple of drinks. (£8 for CAMRA members)

Tokens:

  • Drinks in the Festival area can only purchased by token. (Any change will also be by token as our bar staff do not handle money)
  • Tokens used are worth either £2.50 (Yellow) or £0.50 (Red)
  • You obtain Tokens as part of your entry package &
  • Additional Tokens can be bought from the entry desk at any time.
  • Unused Tokens can be refunded in cash or donated to the Festival Charity – The RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institute)

1 Yellow + 1 Red Tokens

Third measures: A paddle of three x third measures will be available at twice the cost of the highest strength beer or cider on the paddle.

Glasses:

  • We don’t have a specific “Festival Glass” for the 2025 festival & are taking the green approach of using up some of CAMRA’s “Glass Mountain” of unused glasses from previous CAMRA Festivals in the North East!
  • A clean glass is always available on request from the entry desk
  • If you’re a festival glass collector & you see a glass you would like for your collection please ask to keep it.
  • ……..Otherwise glasses should be returned when you leave the festival.

Entry Restrictions:

Entry to the festival is subject to the venue’s rules and is outside our control. For 2025, the management of Beggars Bridge has decided that no one under 18 is permitted into the function room where the festival is based.
